This spacious first floor apartment is the top floor of a traditional Kamini Village house and has completely independent access from the street to a small but attractive roof terrace where the views are limited because of the roof across the street but all the same it has a very appealing privacy, is sunny most of the day and you can still see the scenery of the Kamini hills. Views from the windows are also very pretty and you don't get a sense of being encroached upon by other houses. The apartment is half finished. There is a building permit for the additional bedroom and bathroom. The original part of the house is fairly intact but needs finished with plastering flooring and we would recommend rewiring to 3 phase rather than single phase. The plumbing pipes are in place to service what will be the kitchen and the shower room but the furniture/fittings etc., need to be installed. We estimate an additional spend of 100,000 to make it all perfect. Above the ceiling (under the roof) there is sufficient space to extend up with an extra floor to put the house back to it's original 3 story dimensions. (The original windows of the 3rd floor were bricked-in on the outside some time ago. Since the new wooden ceiling has been fitted, there is no longer any easy access to the loft space.) The structure of the entire property is rock solid. The elderly lady who lives in the ground floor apartment has her own independent access so you have privacy.
