Neat, single floor, stone built property with a flat roof for sale in the heart of lower Kamini Village at the back of Kamini Harbour. Possible to get to the property from Hydra town without having to negotiate any steps. Ideal for anyone with young children in a pushchair still! Structurally in very good condition but the windows and doors won't last another year without a good paint. No signs of weather rot yet but you'll have to do it immediately if you want to avoid the wood being damaged. Other than that, this is a good possibility if you want a fairly new property with good plumbing, electrics, air-conditioning, a comfortable bathroom and fully equipped kitchen - all in excellent working order - you just need to bring your suitcase of clothes as everything you need is being sold with the property to get you going.

Ground floor: From the street into courtyard, first door (behind the trees) into large kitchen with units and appliances all down one wall; shower room to side of kitchen (large enough for a bath to be fitted if necessary), door from kitchen into living room which can also be entered from another door from the middle of the courtyard. Sliding door from sitting room into a huge bedroom (which could be converted quite easily into two small sleeping areas with a bit of imagination). Built-in wall cupboards in both the sitting room and bedroom.

Outside:  Not a huge space but still the courtyard at the front (the only outside space) is about 8 meters long by 2 meters at the widest point. The fence at the top of the retaining wall could be further enhanced with rambling plants such as jasmine which would make sitting out a little more private. There is a lemon tree and an orange tree planted both of which are well established and give lots of fruit.

Notes: The roof of the bathroom and kitchen is slopping and of tiles. The roof of the sitting room and bedroom is flat. We saw no evidence of leaks or mildew. The air-conditioning units (one in kitchen and one in bedroom) are on the flat roof. There is a watering tap in the courtyard. All the doors (2) and windows (3) overlook the courtyard.
